How long does the assessment take?
The assessment is a series of six tests, two for each discipline, done over a period of one week.
Do I need special equipment?
Power meter or smart trainer recommended for bike, and a smart watch for the swim and the run: we’ll confirm what you have during booking.
Is this for beginners or advanced athletes?
Both. The goal is to match training to physiology at any level.
Can my archetype change?
Yes — it can shift through a season as we build different capacities and you may be one archetype on the bike but a different archetype on the run. That is why it is important to know what your archetype is in each discipline.
